(Gen 1:29) God said, "I give you every seed-bearing plant on the face of the whole earth and every tree that has fruit with seed in it. They will be yours for food."

Sometimes some people get angry and defensive if someone says they are vegetarian, vegan or a raw foodist.  Why? Is it ignorance, fear, ego ?  The fact is that a person that eats meat most likely eats vegetarian, vegan and may even eat raw foods at times.

A vegetarian may also eat vegan and raw foods at times. A vegan may also sometimes eat raw foods. A raw foodist may occasionally eat cooked vegan foods.

So why all the hate?
